OUR MISSION
Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, brain injuries and neurological impairments in achieving their dreams and personal goals with dignity, compassion and distinction.
Our Programs
Point of Hope offers specialized facility-based programs for persons with severe and profound intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, other neurological impairments, those with other types of special needs, and an Acquired Brain Injury and Traumatic Brain Injury (ABI/TBI) program. Each individual’s program is designed to their unique needs, interests and abilities. Treatment plans are tailored to each individual’s goals based on the recommendations prescribed in their care plan and the individual’s personal choice.
The Point of Hope DIFFERENCE
We truly care about every one of our program participants as if they are our family member!
We have experienced staff and an administrative team who care for your loved one with compassion, knowledge, dignity, and respect.
We are grounded in the belief that all human beings regardless of their disability, neurological status, mental challenges, or wherever they are in life has a right to be treated with dignity, respect, nonjudgmentally, humanely, and given the opportunity to enjoy all the wonderful experiences that life has to offer. While attending Point of Hope we are committed to doing our very best to ensure that we give all of our program participants the best experiences they deserve.
We are driven by a simple but powerful philosophy when caring for your loved ones. We make sure that we… “Never forget! We are all just one accident away from someone having to take care of us or one of our loved ones. The question we must always keep in the front of our minds, never the back is; How would you want to be treated? With respect, dignity, compassion, and as a human being.”
We at Point of Hope approach every day, knowing that it could easily be one of us or our loved one needing support and we would want the same type of respectful and dignified treatment.
